Refund policy

At Terra Mística, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, please review our return and refund policy for guidance.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • Certain types of goods are non-returnable, including:
    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable software
    • Some health and personal care items
    • Perishable goods (such as food or flowers)
    • Intimate or sanitary items
    • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Certain situations may qualify for partial refunds, including:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at soycliente@terramistica.us.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please contact us at soycliente@terramistica.us and send the item to

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For high-value returns (over $75), we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping fees and products listed as "Final Sale" are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

All returns will be credited to the original payment method. We cannot process refunds to an alternative card. You will receive an email notification once the refund is completed.
