International Shipping

  • Colombia: Shipping to Colombia takes approximately 8 business days.

  • Other International Destinations: Delivery times and rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

PRE-ORDER POLICY 

By placing your order, you acknowledge that this product is offered as a pre-order and that the estimated shipping time is up to 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. This timeframe is an estimate and is part of our mindful and careful production process.

Your payment is processed immediately in order to reserve your product, as each piece is specially prepared just for you.

During these 30 days, we will keep you informed via email about the status of your order. If the shipping time extends beyond this period, you will receive a timely notification with updated information.
