Dry Brushing:
On clean, dry skin, use light upward strokes starting from the neck and moving toward the forehead. Brush each section for 30–60 seconds.
Cleansing Mode:
Wet the bristles and apply a gentle facial cleanser. Using circular or upward motions, massage your face while avoiding the eye area. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry.
Frequency: Use 2–3 times per week, adjusting to your skin’s sensitivity. Do not use on broken or irritated skin.
